So I really haven’t been feeling well these past few days (stomach and throat have been killing me). Usually I’d ask my mom to make me Motzah Ball Soup (my favvveeee) but I don’t think Motzah is Paleo.
I went to the super market and picked up a soup kit with carrots, turnips, soup greens, onions and celery. I found a chicken broth with no additives soo I threw it all in a pot with some salt and pepper and let it all cook down for about 25-30min (until carrots became soft). Super easy and made my tummy feel a whole lot better!!
If your supermarket doesn’t have a soup kit you can use:
- Some Parsley
- 1 large carrot
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 turnip
- Salt and pepper
- Chicken Broth (2 cups of water)
