My family is HUGE Chinese and Asian food fans. Before I started eating Paleo, we got it at least twice a week. I got home from vacation and was craving Chinese and Asian food beyond belief. All I had in the house was chopped meat and frozen veggies, I decided to get creative and try something I never have before.

Not only do these Meatballs have hidden vegetables, they are extremely tasty! These meatballs are sweet, delicious and healthy with the PERFECT Asian flare. I will use these to meal prep next week- I think they taste better sitting over night, personally. The meatballs really soak up the sauce! These are best served over steamed veggies.

  • 1 Package of ground Meat (any)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 c chopped Carrots
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 C Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4C + 2TBSP Coconut Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  1. Boil water in a medium size pot.
  2. Defrost meat and put into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a blender or food processor ass chopped onion,carrots,garlic and 1/4 C of Liquid Aminos.
  4. Add mixture to meat.
  5. Add Egg and seasonings.
  6. With hands mix all together until fully blended.
  7. Roll meat into medium balls.
  8. Once meat is all rolled up drop all into boiling water.
  9. When balls start to float that means they are cooked.
  10. Remove all cooked ones and put on a plate to side.
  11. Once all cooked dump out water.
  12. In same pot, on low heat, mix 1/4C Liquid Aminos, Teryaki sauce and curry paste (I add some minced garlic to mine).
  13. Whisk until fully combined (should be at a light boil).
  14. Pour over meatballs.
  15. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and enjoy!
