YOU GUYS! My friends at Paleonola just came out with a brand new flavor that is THE BOMB. Cinnamon Blueberry!! I added it to my morning smoothie and of course, had to add some extra on top. This granola is one of the cleanest granolas out there. It is Paleo friendly, GF, DF, Soy-free and has no artificial anything.
I decided as soon as I opened the package they sent me with their new flavor that I had to make a delicious smoothie bowl in the new wooden bowl they gifted me:
I basically just took whatever I had in my pantry, threw it in my blender and that’s about all she wrote! It is super easy and painless. I typically keep some frozen zucchini butts in my freezer when I spiralize them. Wasting the ends and leftovers of veggies makes me sad, so I try to have a nice little Ziploc baggie of zucchini, onions, carrots, and even avocados at all times.
Anyone else love sneaking some greens into their smoothies? As you all may know, I am not a huge fan of salads and have a hard time fitting my greens in every day (I know, what kind of future RD am I?). When I put them in a smoothie, I can’t taste them or see them, which is alright by me!
- 1/2 avocado
- 1C Frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen zucchini, chopped finely
- 1 Date, deseeded
- 1/4 C Paleonola Cinnamon Blueberry granola
- 1/2 C coconut milk
- 1/2 C almond milk
- Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
- Cacao nibs, Paleonola Cinnamon Blueberry granola and chia seeds on top
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined. Enjoy in a bowl or a cup!
