This might be one of my favorite posts to date! After being diagnosed over 5 years ago with Hashimoto’s one thing I always struggled with was knowing what food to bring to a gathering, summer BBQ or a party.
I decided no more binging or not eating at these events. Instead, I’m going to make amazing apps that EVERYONE can enjoy. Let me tell you, after 5 years of bringing these to parties, they are all a huge hit with everyone!
Each of these Hashimoto’s friendly appetizers are in my rotation and often asked for by friends and family! They are all GF, DF, SF and Sugar free options. If you don’t like one of the ingredients, replace it with something you do, girly!
