Anyone constantly crave Italian food but can’t have it because of the ingredients? Well here is my One Pan Chicken Francese. I can honestly say its a lot better then any Francese I’ve had. So lemony and fresh tasting! Add this to some Paleo Friendly Pasta and you’ve got yourself a true Italian meal!

  • 1 Package of Chicken
  • 1 C Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Ghee
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 C Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 C Sherry Wine
  • 1/2 Large Shallot
  • 1/4 C Avocado Oil
  1. Mince Shallot.
  2. In a large skillet, on high heat, add Avocado Oil and shallot.
  3. In a large bowl, mix Almond Flour, Salt, Pepper and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dip chicken in wisked egg and then into flour mixture and lay in oiled skillet (repeat for all pieces of chicken).
  5. Let Chicken fry on both sides until cooked fully (about 2 min each side).
  6. Once cooked through, on medium heat, add Ghee to skillet.
  7. Once Ghee is melted, add juice of 1 lemon, chicken broth and sherry wine.
  8. The mixture should almost be boiling. Keep flipping chicken in sauce.
  9. Add the juice of other lemon on top of chicken right before you take the pan off the stove.
  10. This is great served over Cappellos Pasta or any veggie!
