This was the perfect way to start my morning. I was in the mood for a comfort meal and what says comfort like biscuits? These were sweet and perfect; really hit the spot and they’re super easy to make! The can be served with honey, almond butter or just as is.

PALEO BREAKFAST BISCUITS

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 TABLESPOONS COCONUT FLOUR
  • 1-3/4 CUPS ALMOND MEAL
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
  • 1/4 CUP SOFTENED COCONUT OIL
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 TABLESPOONS HONEY
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ALMOND MILK
Instructions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  2. COMBINE THE FLOURS, SALT, AND BAKING SODA.
  3. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, CREAM TOGETHER THE COCONUT OIL, EGGS, HONEY, AND ALMOND MILK.
  4. ADD THE FLOUR MIXTURE TO THE WET INGREDIENTS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED.
  5. SPRAY MUFFIN TIN WITH COCONUT OIL
  6. PUT INTO MUFFIN TIN; FILL ABOUT ¾ FULL
  7. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES
